Collaborated on by chefs and tasted by you, our event helps our farms by buying their products and showcasing their bounty to the greater foodie community.
Comeback Creek Farm
Founded in 2005 in Pittsburg, Texas, this small, family-run farm is located about 100 miles east of Dallas. The family personally plants, weeds, and tends to every crop by hand, growing specialty heirloom and hybrid varieties from seed. They are deeply involved in all aspects of the business, from farming and harvesting to packing Farm Boxes, making deliveries, maintaining the website, and communicating with customers. Their hands-on approach ensures a personal touch in every part of the operation.

Profound Microfarms
Profound Microfarms, founded in 2014, began with 2.6 acres and now leads North Texas’ local food movement. They use hydroponics to produce nutrient-rich produce and have expanded into a food hub, connecting local farmers and businesses with consumers. Their mission is to build a sustainable foodshed in North Texas, promote regenerative farming, and support small farmers. Committed to sustainability, they employ water-efficient hydroponics and eco-friendly practices. They engage the community through educational programs and events, offering fresh, local food and supporting local artisans.
Southern Sunny Acres
Timberview Farmstead
Timberview Farmstead, founded by the Brown Family in 2014, transformed an old golf course in Everman, Texas, into a vibrant farm and learning center. Inspired by the need to support under-resourced communities, their vision is now a reality with a teaching farm, greenhouse, and pavilion. The farm empowers Tarrant County youth through farm-based learning and hospitality, hosting thousands of schoolchildren and summer campers, and addressing local food shortages in specific zip codes.
