Family goes back many generations in Texas, came over before the Republic of Texas was founded on my dad’s side. Got my first Job with John Tesar at Spoon several years ago, after that I worked a few years under Dean Fearing before spending the last five years in Maui Hawaii. After the covid shutdown moved back mainland, worked with Steven Pyles before coming to work at Knife Dallas with John Tesar again. Now I am at Trinity Groves overseeing new concepts and multiple restaurant operations.
