Owner/Pitmaster, Arnulfo “Trey” Sanchez launched Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q in August of 2018 but has over 34 years of BBQ experience. He also has a background in Art and grew up in the special event and production industry. That combined with his extensive travels has helped form his unique style of Texas Bar-B-Q and it’s presentation. He has held BBQ classes and cohosted events in México, caters events throughout the state and has even been featured on Cooking Channel’s Man Fire Food and Man’s Greatest Food. He is currently serving Thursday – Sunday in Grapevine, TX at Hop & Sting Brewing Co. and has plans to open his own restaurant soon.
