A strong foundation in Food and Beverage for over 20 years founder, Scott Gottlich, has developed and created business opportunities with viable adaptable foundations for future successes. With this solid background in Food and Beverage retail and his interest in IT Technology this extension was more than expected, it was predictable. His initial love of cooking was experienced throughout his childhood. This interest was reinforced through a range of experiences like, time cooking with family to dining in formal settings. For him, it wasn’t hard to determine that his passion was food and beverage related. His life’s work was meant to be spent creating memorable experiences for others. His experiences have allowed him to branch out from the culinary field to other opportunities that touch the fringe of other related industries.

Upon graduating in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma, Scott enrolled in culinary school and received his degree from Johnson and Wales in Vail, Colorado. After spending time working the culinary scene in California and New York, Scott returned to Dallas, TX where he made his own mark on his hometown culinary scene. At 31 years old he received 5 stars from the Dallas Morning News with his first Chef/Owned Restaurant, received multiple top 10 Best Chefs of the year awards, Starches Rising Chef, cooked at The James Beard House just to name a few. Scott enjoys working on a wide range of concepts ranging from casual to fine dining food and beverage establishments. His personal approach to all his projects has been consistently deemed by clients as “refreshing”. With his unique mix of industry expertise and innovative business management, Scott’s talents have propelled him to be a recognized progressive leader in the hospitality industry.

These accolades, experiences and involvement in various endeavors set the stage for the expansion of us as a company direction evolving our brand. All the participation and involvement has led to new progressive ways to lead other industries to new opportunities and possibilities.

Scott is very passionate about giving back as well. He has chaired multiple fundraising events for the National Kidney Foundation, the Texas Italian Greyhound Rescue Group, the National Heart Association, among many others. He has also been able to raise large amounts of funds for the North Texas Food Bank, resulting in tens of thousands of meals for the hungry.
