Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico with a culinary career based in Texas, Salvador has a love of home for both. His kitchen celebrates the individual cultures as well as the mix of flavors and recipes of both. Salvador has spent 25 years and counting in the culinary world and is now the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at The Lakes country club and also owner and Executive Chef at his first concept, El Patio Mex-Tex.
