Rich Vana is the Executive Chef-Owner of The Heritage Table in Frisco. Rich grew up in North Texas, and began his restaurant industry pursuit in the Dallas area first as a writer, by covering the chefs and culinary innovators in the Dallas area. In doing so, he discovered his calling in the kitchens of the area’s culinary creators. Rich then opened The Heritage Table catering company in 2013, which eventually grew into the restaurant, which opened in 2017.
