Luis started to work at the age of 11 with his parents in a taco shop in Mexico City. His journey to Dallas soon began and he worked in many fine dining restaurants around the city for 11 years. Luis decided to open a unique, family-owned taqueria in Dallas now called El Come Taco as well as La Viuda Negra, that have now been open for 9 years.
