Luigi Iannuario was born in Milan, Italy in 1974 and became curiously passionate about food at a very young age in the kitchen of his family tiny home.

Iannuario worked under renowned chefs such us Gualtiero Marchesi at L’Albereta, a three star Michelin restaurant, as well as for the famed Giorgio Armani as executive Sous Chef of Emporio Armani Caffe in Milan. Over the years in Italy, Iannuario had the pleasure to work under some of the most respected Italian chefs in the world, including Michelin-star chefs Gualtiero Marchesi, Alberico Penati, Sergio Carboni, and Nadia Santini.

Iannuario spent a few years in Las Vegas working for the Stations Casino as executive chef for different locations and was later appointed as Senior Private Chef for the prominent family who owned Stations.

He gets noticed by Dogus International restaurant company DREAM, who was in the process of bringing 2 stunning restaurants at the newly built Dallas Cowboys HQ – The Star District in Frisco Texas. He was Appointed to the Executive Chef Role for the opening of Da Mario Ristorante Autentico.
