Previously our Executive Sous Chef, Chef Josh Healy rose from his post to become our new Chef de Cuisine at Loro Dallas.  
Hailing from Cane Rosso, a Dallas-based Neapolitan pizzeria, Chef Josh is well versed in maintaining the delicate balance between relaxed and innovative when firing up the grill here at Loro. Since the beginning of his career, Chef Josh has worked shoulder to shoulder with award-winning chefs, leading the kitchens in stand-out restaurants both local and national, like Filament to Jean George’s The Edition Miami Beach. Chef Josh is a compassionate leader for our team, and brings a killer southern perspective to our cuisine.
