Chef Jager was born and raised in Los Angeles California. He later attended Johnson and Whales University where he worked his way through some of the best restaurants in Denver, Guard & Grace and Acorn, before returning home in 2016. While in LA, Jager worked under Chefs Tim Carney, Lost at Sea, and Paul Reagan, AltaEats, before being recruited by Charles Olalia to work at City Hall Bistro in the Adolphus hotel in downtown Dallas.
