In early 2020, mixologist Anna started La Maison Bleue Café in Dallas as a pop-up and catering company serving unique handcrafted drinks. Her venture arose from an interest in healthier and fresh ingredients since her early teens. In her mid 20s, she became more conscious about what she consumes, leading her to make her own drinks at home. The curiosity grew into a passion; she studied tea In Asia and constantly traveling around to expand her knowledge of different and unique ingredients. This led her to start La Maison Bleue with a primary mission to serve drinks using low in sugar, free from additives with a delicate and refreshing flavor.
